Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled class will receive a full refund.
  • Rescheduling: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class, we will not be able to issue a refund. However, we offer the option to reschedule for another class of equal value, based on availability.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you in the future!

To maintain the quality and consistency of our studio environment, we ask that all participants adhere to the following guidelines:

  • No Outside Glazes: For safety and consistency, only studio-provided glazes are permitted. Outside glazes are not allowed in our classes or studio.
  • No Outside Tools or Materials: Unless specifically stated in the course description, we do not permit the use of outside tools, equipment, or materials. All necessary tools and materials will be provided as part of your class or studio session.

These policies help ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Welcome to our pottery studio! We are committed to fostering an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment where everyone can explore their creativity. To ensure that all participants have a positive experience, we ask that you observe the following etiquette during your class:

  • Respect and Inclusivity: We are proud to be an inclusive space where everyone is welcome, regardless of background, identity, or skill level. Please treat all instructors, staff, and fellow participants with kindness and respect.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your class to ensure you don’t miss important instructions and to avoid disrupting others. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible.
  • Cleanliness: Pottery can be messy, but we ask that you help keep our studio clean. Please clean up your workspace and tools after each session, and follow any specific cleanup instructions provided by your instructor.
  • Communication: If you have any questions, concerns, or require assistance during the class, please don’t hesitate to speak with your instructor. We’re here to support you!

By following these guidelines, we can all enjoy a positive and supportive creative space. Thank you for helping us maintain a studio environment where everyone can thrive!
